Many businesses implement Office 365 but often never train their staff on everything it has to offer, resulting in them only using a fraction of what it offers. Our training course is designed to ensure that your users get maximum benefit from Office 365 by educating them on everything it can do. This is NOT training on how to use standard Office Apps like Word and Excel but rather training in new tools like Teams and OneDrive and how they all work together.
Training is bespoke to an organisation based on their specific requirements and interactive, ensuring that maximum benefit is achieved. We would specifically highlight the benefits of Microsoft Teams within Office 365 which would be particularly useful in collaborating with customers and suppliers using design documents etc.

Smarter working is all about sitting with your team members to help improve their top 5 most time consuming / repetitive / frustration / manual tasks by better utilising the technology at their fingertips.
We can book as much time as needed but we can normally cover 2-3 people per day with ½ day follow up per day on site. We are confident that not only will we identify opportunities for improvement but that we will be able to implement some of them on the day itself giving some immediate benefit.
